Hoffman v Garden City Hospital:  115 Mich App 773,321 NW2d 810 (1982) A case of first impression at the time - held that courts will not review the decisions of private hospitals regarding the granting of, limitation of or termination of staff privileges of physicians at private hospitals. Subsequently overruled 24 years later in Feyz v Mercy Memorial Hospital.
