Negotiated/Assisted in Purchase of Country Club

Assisted the members of a private country club to purchase the club (golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools, 80,000 square foot clubhouse, sewage plant, private road association) from the founder/developer. Negotiated the purchase and the financing, performed all the documentation; dealt with the local and State taxing authorities to adjust the SEV of the property; dealt with real estate and easement issues of the golf course and surrounding housing developments.
