The Jury Correctly Found that the State Bar of Michigan's Director of Professional Standards did not Retaliate against a Law School Graduate for Protesting

A law school graduate hired several people to help him protest outside the State Bar of Michigan and at the home of its Director of Professional Standards. The protest related to the State Bar's evaluation of his application for admission to practice law in Michigan. The graduate alleged that the director retaliated against him for protesting. The jury found in the director's favor and dismissed all claims.  The Sixth Circuit affirmed the jury's verdict.
