Negotiated Settlement Between Homeowner and Contractor's Refusal of Repair

Negotiated a settlement of an individual that had purchased a new roof for his home that needed repair. The contractor refused to fix the roof prior to legal involvement. After the negotiation the roofing company agreed to re-roof the entire home.
